So thankful for a quick response from PuroClean for basement flooding after this massive thunderstorm. This is the second time they’ve come out for the same problem in the same area. We will get it fixed. But in the meantime, we really appreciate this company and their good, friendly service. They use high powered fans, and an amazing Dehumidifier machine that sucks the moisture out of the air, carpets and pads. A tube from the machine drains the water into the nearest house drain. Jake and his coworkers have taken care of me for 3 different flooding events. Flooding due to water heaters, pipe bursting, and most recently basement flooding from rain and a failed sump pump.
